Create Your Board

Set up your first I'mBoard workspace in under a minute.

Setting up a board takes less than a minute. Once created, you can invite members, upload documents, and start preparing for your next board meeting.

Create a New Board

  1. Log in to I'mBoard
  2. Click Create Board in the sidebar
  3. Enter a board name (e.g., "Acme Corp Board")
  4. Click Create Board

You're now the Owner of this board with full admin access.

Configure Your Board

After creating the board, head to Settings to customize it:

  • Board logo — Upload your company logo for branding
  • Website URL — Link to your company website
  • Company type — Startup, scaleup, or other
  • Default timezone — Used for meeting scheduling
  • Default deck owners — Who prepares board reports by default

Tip

You can update these settings at any time from the board's Settings page.

Your board is ready. Here's what to do next:

  1. Invite board members — Add your team, investors, and advisors
  2. Upload documents — Add your existing board materials
  3. Schedule a meeting — Set up your next board meeting
